The CX45 modular plastic chain conveyor system is a compact and robust modular plastic chain conveyor designed to streamline the handling of small and lightweight products.
The conveyor system features aluminum alloy beams that enable both horizontal and vertical product conveying and distribution. Its design of compact, space-saving vertical bends ensures efficient floor space utilization, supports multi-level transportation, and facilitates operator access. This modular conveyor with chain width of 43mm accommodates a wide range of products with diverse weights and shapes, ranging from a few grams to 8 kilograms.
This modular plastic chain conveyor is suitable for conveying products as small as 10mm and lightweight products e.g. small bottles, cosmetics, etc. The modular conveyor system can be configured and assembled as twin-track pallet conveyor system.

We also have our own aluminum profile Computer Numerical Control (CNC) bending and rounding equipment (from a well-known Italian brand), ensuring controlled quality and fast delivery. The bending accuracy can be controlled within 1mm. Our unique lubrication formula and production process effectively prevent issues such as chain elongation, powder shedding, and noise.
